The fun continues in Beaufort as the 62nd annual Beaufort Water Festival enters its 6th day.

The festival is a big economic booster for the city bringing in $7 million to the local economy. So far we've seen some great performances, saw dozens of people put their raft to the test and even saw an amazing water ski show from a ski team out of Florida. But Thursday night is all about the community and coming together over a hot meal.

It's the Lowcountry Supper and of course you can't talk about Beaufort without mentioning the Lowcountry Boil, or Frogmore Stew as it's known to some locals. If you've never had it before it consists of corn, potatoes, sausages and most importantly shrimp.

Gates open at 6:30 p.m. with supper being served at 7 p.m. and of course those live performances continue Saint Helena's very own Candace Glover will be taking the stage.
