TYBEE ISLAND, GA (WTOC) -

City Council approved the "Peanut Butter Falcon's" request to film on portions of the beach and surrounding parking lots around the pier.

This map shows exactly where they will shoot this coming Sunday into Monday.

The permit was granted - so long as the film crew adheres to the city's lighting ordinance.

"Sea turtle season runs May 1 through October 31," said Tammy Smith, Tybee Island Sea Turtle Project Coordinator. "We are still in the middle of the nesting part of the season where females can come and nest. We're also in the middle of the hatching window, so we have nests that are emerging at night. The lighting could deter females that are coming ashore to nest."

Smith adding fortunately, filming should not have an impact on the sea turtle nesting season because there are no nests close to the pier.
