BEAUFORT CO., SC (WTOC) -

Beaufort County deputies say a 27-year-old wanted man turned himself in, Friday night.

Officials say Jeffrey Grant of Beaufort was wanted on arrested warrants for unlawful carrying of a pistol and possession with intent to distribute crack-cocaine. These warrants stemmed from an investigation into the April 9 shooting incident at the Grays Hill Community Center.

When Grant turned himself in to law enforcement, he was transported to the Beaufort County Detention Center and incarcerated without incident. Deputies say his bonds were set at $5,000 for the unlawful carrying and $10,000 for possession with intent to distribute. He has since posted bond and was released.
