SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A multi-vehicle wreck on I-95 southbound between exits 99A, 99B (I-16) and exit 94 (GA-204 Fort Argyle Road) had traffic delayed on Sunday.

We're told blinding rain caused 6 car wrecks on the short stretch of road.

Georgia State Patrol worked all of the wrecks near the 96 mile marker. At least 10 cars were involved.

One person was taken to the hospital. There were no serious injuries.

Troopers think the wrecks may have been caused by drivers slowing down in the rain. Troopers say driving in the rain means you need to pay extra attention, drive a safe speed, and pull over if you can't see.
