The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing has surged to an estimated $700 million to a single annuity winner – the second largest jackpot in Powerball history.

The jackpot began rolling June 14 and has now rolled 20 times.

Powerball offers two jackpot payment options: the $700 million jackpot prize paid over 29 years in 30 graduated payments; or the cash option, which is approximately $443 million.

Powerball tickets are $2 per play. People have bought one, two, or even one customer bought $46 worth of Powerball tickets to up their chances of winning. Some customers taking their bets pretty seriously, and others are in it to just have fun.

When they get their receipt, the famous line is, "Wish me luck."

Parker's manager said they had over 100 customers just in this gas station through breakfast - and the craze hasn't stopped since.

“It's unimaginable how many people really. It's exciting. Everybody's excited. Everybody's interested you know and everybody wants that chance. I'd have to say hundreds. I mean over this past week it's just been crazy and we love it. Come on by,” said LaRon Nolden, Sr., a manager at Parker’s.

Drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m. EST. For additional Powerball information, click here.
