Local seniors getting their 'Passport to Healthy Living'

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

No excuses! That's Michael Cohen's message to local senior citizens.

The Olympic Weightlifting Coach headlining Thursday night's "Passport to Healthy Living" event at Rehabilitation Hospital of Savannah. Cohen giving tips on how to stay fit and healthy - while helping promote Senior Citizen Incorporated's "Yellow Dot program." 

"As we get older, the body starts to slow down a little bit," said Coach Michael Cohen, Olympic Weightlifting Coach. "There's no excuse in letting old age kick us in the butt. There's no excuse for that. We can still do things. We can still have a healthy lifestyle. We can still do things."
