MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WCSC) -

The case of a missing South Carolina woman has not been solved since her disappearance four years ago. Monday, her family will gather at the spot where she reportedly disappeared.

Heather Elvis was last heard from on Dec. 18, 2013 when she talked to a friend about a first date she had gone on the night before. Elvis' vehicle was then found at Peachtree Boat Landing the next day. Her body has yet to be recovered.

Sidney and Tammy Moorer were charged with her murder, but those charges were eventually dropped. Sidney Moorer also had a kidnapping and obstruction of justice charge that remained. A mistrial was declared on the kidnapping charge against Sidney Moorer, but he still received five months in jail for breaking the gag order in the case. This past August, Sidney Moorer was sentenced to 10 years in prison on an obstruction of justice charge in relation to the investigation surrounding Elvis' disappearence.

The memorial service is scheduled to take place at Peachtree Landing from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
