An almost three-year-old Liberty County murder case is about to wrap up in the courts. The last two defendants entered plea bargain agreements in a Liberty County court.
Michael Norby was shot and killed in the parking lot of the Heritage Bank in Midway in November, 2002.
Samantha Faulk faced murder charges for driving the shooters to and from their ambush of Norby. A judge sentenced her to 35 years.
Ferrell Howard was not involved in the Norby shooting, but took part in the group's other robberies. He'll serve fifteen years without parole.
