Dorms Open at USCB Bluffton Campus

There's a big change on campus in the Low Country. The University of South Carolina Beaufort's Bluffton campus opened the first residential dorms on campus. Students lined up, ready to move in to the brand new housing.

There's room for 65 students in fully furnished apartments, and it should really make a difference.

"It enhances the students' academic and personal successes and growth development," said startup specialist Tara Wilkinson. "It is also the first time USCB will have on-campus housing and allow them to cater to local and out of state students."

They opened two of the buildings today and will open two more this fall.
