Lieutenant Governor's Son Still in Jail After Fatal DUI Crash

Georgia lieutenant governor Mark Taylor's son remains in a South Carolina jail. Fletcher Taylor was charged with felony drunk driving after a single-vehicle wreck last week in which his friend, 22-year-old Joseph Victor Gennert, was killed.

A judge in Charleston set a $75,000 bond for Taylor yesterday. The judge also made Taylor's release contingent upon him enrolling in an alcohol treatment program.

Meanwhile, Gennert's funeral was held today in Ohio.
