ATHENS, GA (WTOC) - From one Georgia Quarterback legend to another who is building his own Bulldog legacy...
Jack Fromm has already cemented himself in the Georgia history books after leading the Dawgs to an SEC Championship, Rose Bowl win, and oh so close to a National Championship.
Fromm is no longer a freshman surprising everyone. He's a sophomore now and he's expected to take on a leadership role for the offense, but that's no added pressure says the Dawgs signal caller. He's just going to keep being Jake.
"I'm still going to be the same guy every single day, even from the day I got here. That's just a guy that comes in, competes, and just really works his butt off. I'm never going to stop doing that, and I don't expect anybody on our team to stop. That's what everyone on the team is doing, competing and working. That's just kind of what we do here," Fromm said.
Fromm will be the starting quarterback Saturday for the red team, but Dawg fans will also see former Pierce County star, Stetson Bennett, take some snaps. Blue chip recruit Justin Fields will also see action for the black team.
The game is set for 4 p.m. Saturday.
