SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - CNT needs your help to locate a 38-year-old man who has a history of running from law enforcement and should be considered armed and dangerous.
Officials say Omar "Fresh" Jujuan Griffin is known to frequent Chatham County, Atlanta, and Houston, TX. He is described as a black male standing 5'8 and weighing around 165 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes, and is clean cut. Griffin is also known to regularly cover his face with hooded clothing and is known to grow his hair out in addition to growing facial hair.
Authorities say Griffin is wanted in connection with a joint investigation involving CNT, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the United States Postal Inspectors. He was deemed as one of the leaders of the organization which led to the total approximate seizures of 25 kilograms of cocaine, 40 pounds of marijuana, five ounces of MDMA/Ecstasy, 17 bottles of codeine, and 21 firearms (two of those returning stolen). The seized cocaine has an estimated street value of up to $4 million. Additionally, multiple vehicles were seized in the operation including a Chevrolet Corvette. An approximate total of $430,000 in U.S. currency was also seized.
CNT does not believe Griffin to be in the Chatham County area but does believe people here know of his whereabouts. Officials believe he is likely residing in the Metro Atlanta area or the Houston area.
