SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Women from the country came together in Savannah to host a pop-up shop that benefitted the Rape Crisis Center.
The Viva la Diva Pop-up shop featured collections of clothing, accessories, furniture, and crafts the women have gathered over the years. 10 to 100 percent of the sales made on Saturday from each collection will benefit the work of the Rape Crisis Center.
"As women, we all need support at some point or another," said Bernadette Ball-Oliver. "The rape crisis center really goes the extra mile to support women that have been through a traumatic experience and so we want to show our support as well as women that we not only stand behind with, but with you through the struggle."
Some of the collections at the event included high-end fashion, while other items were gently used with tags attached to it.
The women were out on East Henry Street from 8:00 a.m. until 3 in the afternoon.
