RICHMOND HILL, GA (WTOC) - Richmond Hill held their annual Independence Day festival on Saturday, using the afternoon to celebrate the red, white, and blue.
The family-friendly event held featured a wide variety of entertainment, with a grand firework special to end the night. The Mayor of Richmond Hill says that they expected over 10,000 people to join the celebration.
"To see Richmond Hill, we celebrate the fact that we are a small town," said Mayor Russ Carpenter. "This is the best you can get in a small town, these kind of little smaller events."
