GLYNN CO., GA (WTOC) - Investigators with the Glynn-Brunswick Narcotics Enforcement Team have arrested three individuals after a search warrant revealed large amounts of drugs and guns.
Officials executed the search warrant at a home on Broccoli Drive in the Touchstone Ridge Subdivision, Monday, Aug. 6. The warrant came after a long-term narcotics investigation with the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
Investigators seized a large amount of methamphetamine and nine guns, one of which was stolen earlier this year in Glynn County. They also seized several items that are known to have been stolen or suspected to have been stolen. The Criminal Investigations Divisions is currently combing through the items to locate the rightful owners.
As a result of the investigation thus far, the following people have been arrested:
- Charles Walrath AKA "Boomer" - 47-year-old Glynn County resident. He's charged with four counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of possession of a sawed-off shotgun, one count of trafficking meth, and one count of sale of meth.
- Airica Petters - 39-year-old Glynn County resident. Charged with one count of possession of meth with intent to distribute
- Lauren Hinson - 19-year-old Glynn County resident. Charged with one count of theft by receiving stolen property
