3 females safe after 'possible abduction' in Statesboro; police search for suspect

STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) - Authorities are looking for a wanted man after what they are calling a possible abduction in Statesboro.

Georgia Southern University sent out an Eagle Alert Sunday night of a possible off campus abduction that occurred in the Food World parking lot on Fair Road. They said the incident happened at 9:10 p.m.

The Statesboro Police Department has since given an update saying the possible abduction was of three females, and they have all been found safe. However, officers are still looking for the suspect. He was last seen driving a red Toyota RAV4 with a green frog sticker on the back.

The Candler County Sheriff's Office says they are looking for Bradley Justin Cochran in connection to this incident. He was last seen in the city limits of Metter wearing khaki shorts and a white t-shirt. He has tattoos on his forearms.

Police say Cochran is considered armed and dangerous.
