Chef Charlotte’s Stuffed Baguette

1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 stick butter, softened
½ cup chopped blond pistachio nuts
1 loaf French bread

- In a medium sized bowl or food processor, mix the cheeses and butter until well blended. The mixture should be a thick paste. If the mixture is too thick, add a little heavy cream.

- Slice the bread crosswise into 3 or 4 sections and pull out the soft insides. Stuff the cavities with the cheese mixture. Reform the bread into a single loaf, wrap in foil or plastic wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours.
