North Carolina Volunteers Work for Low Country Habitat

One organization that's experienced a cut in funds is Habitat for Humanity. College students on fall break decided the Low Country's Habitat program could use a little help. They came from Raleigh, North Carolina's Peace College and helped make homeownership dreams a reality.

The group volunteered to build homes and repair others for people in Beaufort.

They're on their way home now after spending five days in Beaufort.
