Captured Fugitive Faces Extradition

An escapee's run from the law will end where it all began. Liberty County sheriffs signed over Dominic Reddick to Florida authorities today. They will pick him up tomorrow on attempted murder charges for firing an empty gun at a police officer and also several escape charges.

He was captured late Friday night in Midway. A tip led federal marshals and local law enforcement to a wooded area behind the BP gas station off I-95.

Reddick, starving, crawled into a Dumpster to get some food but took off again before finally being tracked down.
