The South Carolina Highway Patrol needs your help identifying a man who was killed while crossing Highway 278 in Beaufort on Christmas morning. Troopers describe him as a Hispanic man, approximately 25 to 30 years old died after he was struck by a Jeep Cherokee around 4:35 a.m. Sunday.
