Help of Beaufort Reopens, Seeks Donations

For years, they've helped those in need, but for for the past seven months, Help of Beaufort needed help themselves after a fire destroyed their building.

Now, they're back in business, thanks to a lot of hard work from volunteers. Generous donors have been dropping off food and clothing, trying to get them stocked back up so they in turn can help others.

Since this summer, they've only been able to continue their financial assistance and their meals programs. They had to close their food and clothing pantry.

"We felt when Help was organized, it was because there was a need and it's just good to fill that need," said volunteer Allie Guilie.
