6 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for four minutes. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Invert onto serving plate and let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Great with strawberries!!
