AMES, Iowa (AP) - Rahshon Clark scored 16 points and Wesley Johnson had 15 points and 11 rebounds as Iowa State broke a three-game losing streak with a 70-59 victory over Savannah State Wednesday night. Mike Taylor, Iowa State's leading scorer for the season, struggled most of the night after getting two early fouls. But he hit a key 3-pointer to help the Cyclones (7-3) finally shake their feisty opponent and hand the Tigers (5-8) their eighth straight loss after they won their first five games. Joseph Flegler kept Savannah State close with his outside shooting and finished with 22 points. Flegler was 8-for-12 from the field with four 3-pointers. Joshua Obiajunwa added 13 points and Patrick Hardy 12 for the Tigers, who trailed just 55-53 after Flegler hit a long 3 from the right wing with 4:28 left. But Savannah State made only one shot over the next three-and-a-half minutes.
