The jury in the Jennifer Ross case is about to enter their third day of deliberations. The twelve member panel will be back at the courthouse at ten a.m. To continue debating the case. Yesterday they deliberated for sixteen hours before finally leaving around 1:15 am.
The jury had asked the judge for a little more clarification on the charges and wanted to listen to more testimony tapes. After controversy with CourtTV, Judge Freeseman kicked all cameras out of the courtroom until the verdict is read, but reporters are still allowed to listen to any extra testimony.
Stay tuned to WTOC. When the verdict is read, we will break in with live coverage of the decision. WTOC's Michelle Paynter and Don Logana are also live on the scene and will have full coverage and reaction to today's events tonight on the THE News at 6 and 7.
