Some help is on the way for students trying to look out for their peers.
Windsor Forest high school's "SADD" chapter, students against destructive decisions recently received some cash to help fund their organization. The Governor's Office of highway safety just awarded them two- thousand dollars too keep up the good work. Darrell Farringer, the school's resource officer says they plan to put the money to good use.
"It gives them the opportunity to talk to each other and to get the message out that they are not alone in decisions and thoughts might be thinking about on a daily basis," said Farringer.
They'll do that with posters and promotional material, plus meetings to help students make the right choices.
