The ACCESS Network, Inc., the region's non-profit Health and Human services agency invites Lowcountry residents to participate in its annual fund raising event The RED Party Saturday May 19th.In its 20th year, ACCESS delivers important programs benefiting families and individuals affected by HIV disease and provides free Confidential HIV Testing and Counseling. The organization has recently increased its services to provide services for homeless families and individuals in Beaufort County.
ACCESS invites individuals throughout the region to host a dinner party with their family and friends. The host/hostess chooses any kind of dinner - from burgers on the deck to a black tie event, ACCESS provides a party planning kit complete with invitations, envelopes, and other supplies. The invitations ask the guest to bring any size donation to the dinner party.
To cap off the evening, all the parties meet at King's Wharf at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis for great desserts, a cash bar, dancing and entertainment, silent auction, and to tally the total donations from all the parties.
All monies raised from The Red Party stay in the Lowcountry. ACCESS has a low overhead cost, with only 7 cents of every dollar donated to ACCESS is used to pay for management and fundraising cost. The remaining 93 cents are spent for direct programming to serve clients.
Those interested in hosting a party should call Stan Stolarcyk at ACCESS Network 843-379-5600 or email@example.com. Details are also available on the website at www.access-network.com.
