Think you're ready for football season? Maybe not compared to some pint-sized fans. Nearly 200 kids took part in the inaugural Little Eagles Camp. They got the chance to work out with Georgia Southern University players and coaches on the very field where they watch the team play. Coaches say they can never start too early when it comes to recruiting fans.
"Maybe each one goes home and nags their mom and dad enough that they bring them to Paulson Stadium every Saturday in the fall," said Head Eagles Coach Chris Hatcher.
Organizers said the players had as much fun as the kids. The Eagles starts September 8.
