UGA Women Move to 9-0

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) - Angel Robinson scored 17 points to lead Number Seven Georgia to a 79-65 victory over Davidson today.

Georgia (9-0) had five more players in double figures, including Ashley Houts with 13 points, Christy Marshall with 12 off the bench and Angela Puleo, Megan Darah and Tasha Humphrey with 10 apiece.

Humphrey added 10 rebounds for her sixth straight double double. Those rebounds moved her into seventh on the career rebounding list at Georgia. She has 868, seven more than Cynthia Collins.

Davidson (5-3) had four players score in double figures, led by Julia Paquette with 14, Kelly Gassie and Honna Housley with 13

apiece and Danielle Hemerka with 12.

Housley hit just four of 18 shots from the field, including only two of 12 from beyond the arc.
