BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC (WTOC) - We have an update on the Lady's Island couple that claimed to be having quintuplets.

Authorities say the woman known as Nancy Cantu is actually 37-year-old Erika Nieves-Abrigo. She is wanted out of Quincy, Florida, for failure to appear in court for fraudulently receiving welfare in Florida, while also receiving welfare in Georgia.

Meanwhile investigators are trying to figure out Juan Salvador Solis' real age and if indeed that's his real name. Investigators say both have admitted to being in the country illegally.

Both are in the Beaufort County Detention Center and have been in the jail since they were arrested last month for accepting baby gifts and donations after lying about the pregnancy. See Couple Arrested for Quintuplet Scam.
