SAVANNAH, GA - The festivities continue on River Street. Earlier this afternoon the crowds weren't as large, but people were still out having a good time.

Because Saint Patrick's Day started on Friday, partiers have more time to see what Savannah has to offer and for the most part people say they like the changes.

"I think it's better because it's not as crowded all at one time so you can actually enjoy the bars and the restaurants and the bands outside," said Jennifer Banks from Richmond Hill, Georgia. "You can actually move around."

"It's just time for more fun," said Chris Warner from Warner Robbins, Georgia. "We're doing it here, everybody is wearing green, it's all about the green."

Some say they were a little disappointed by the changes. They were expecting the parade to be today, but know they will have a good time.
