Police arrested 44-year-old Tyrone McKee shortly after they were called to a shooting at Harden Street just before 1am Friday morning.
Witnesses tell police McKee got into an argument with 38-year-old Jeff Hazard and 29-year-old Shawn Tilley. At some point, McKee shot Hazard at least once in the face and Tilley in the arm and back. Hazard, who was celebrating his birthday, was found dead at the scene. Tilley is at Memorial Health in stable condition.
According to jail officials, McKee was arraigned on murder and aggravated assault charges Friday morning and his next scheduled court date is in August.
