Police say Wayland Brown molested children while working at a church in Maryland almost 30 years ago.
The 59-year-old Brown was extradited to Maryland in July. A state attorney there says Brown has agreed to plead guilty in November to one count of child abuse and one count of battery involving two victims, who are brothers.
Brown was an associate pastor at St. James in Savannah from 1987 to 1988, but has not been active in the ministry since. He was still living in Savannah at the time of his arrest in June.
