Open casting call being held for biopic ‘The Glorias’ set to film in Savannah

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - An open casting call is being held this weekend for the Gloria Steinem biopic “The Glorias” that’s set to begin filming this month in Savannah.

The film will star Bette Midler and Julianne Moore.

This will be an in-person open call, and your photo will be taken at the event. Those interested can show up Saturday, Jan. 12 anytime between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at International F & AM Masons located at 912 Drayton Street in Savannah.

Women and men who wear wigs or toupees must come without them. Casting must see your natural hair color and style in order to provide the proper hair appliance if selected. Also, ladies must have natural nails only.

All ethnicities and genders are need, and casting is especially seeking Native Americans and Asian and Hispanic looks.

This is paid extra work. Casting for fitting dates and work dates will be done on the spot.
