The case against the suspect accused of a fatal shooting and armed robbery at a Vidalia clothing store is moving through the courts.
A grand jury indicted 29-year-old Tyrone Burns on charges of malice and felony murder, aggravated assault, and other gun-related charges.
Investigators say Burns robbed the RJ Pope Traditional Menswear store at gunpoint last November and shot and killed store manager Brooke Joiner during the robbery.
