Community activist Chester Dunham has passed away

SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) - Many are mourning the loss of Chester Dunham - a labor, Civil Rights, and social justice activist.

Dunham was president of the Savannah Chapter of the A Philip Randolph Institute, a workers’ and Civil Rights organization.

Dunham was also host of “The Dunham Report," a community affairs TV show.

Dunham passed away Sunday surrounded by his family. He’s survived by his wife, children and grandchildren. He was 83-years-old.
