TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) - The 33rd annual Tybee Island Beach Bum Parade is happening this Friday, May 17.
The massive water fight is the Island's way of celebrating the beginning of summer.
The parade will officially step off at 6:30 p.m. - but you can expect to get wet before that as locals and visitors line up along Butler Avenue - armed with water guns and hoses.
The parade usually ends around 8 p.m.
