SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Mostly dry with morning with temperatures starting out in the mid to upper 60s for many of us. We’ll remain mostly sunny though the morning with temperatures in the mid 80s already by lunchtime. Highs will top out near 90 degrees inland, feeling even warmer with the heat index. There will be a few isolated inland showers this afternoon heading into the early evening. Most of these showers will remain well west of I-95, and most of us will miss out on the rain. Our mostly dry and warm pattern continues into this weekend. Afternoon highs will remain near 90 degrees with little to no rain chance. This coming work week will be the warmest of the year with afternoon highs consistently near 90 degrees, possibly reaching the mid to upper 90s by the end of the week into NEXT weekend. Long-term rain chances remain low, without a significant chance for widespread rain in the foreseeable future.
