ANSI Class 3: Is for workers in the highest - risk situations, who need to be visible through a full range of body motion from a minimum distance of 1280 feet and exposed to traffic speeds exceeding 50 mph. These include accident investigators, emergency responders, railway workers , utility workers, surveying and flagging crew workers.
