2 injured in shooting at Statesboro apartment complex

STATESBORO, Ga. (WTOC) - Statesboro Police are investigating after two people were shot during a robbery at an apartment complex on Saturday night.
Statesboro Police Chief Mike Broadhead says that the shooting at the Cambridge Apartments involved two groups of people. Police say it appears an attempted home invasion led to an exchange of gunfire.
One of the males at the apartment and one of the male suspects were injured. They were both taken to the hospital.
