SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The city of Savannah is currently working on an archaeology ordinance that would give the community resources to understand the city’s diverse history.

The city already collected public input on what the ordinance should include. On Thursday, a public hearing will be held to discuss the feedback.

The meeting is scheduled for Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. at the Coastal Georgia Center on Fahm Street. Everyone is invited to attend.
