Person found dead during welfare check, Glynn County Police investigating

GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Glynn County Police Department is investigating a person was found dead during a welfare check on Broccoli Drive.
Police were called to the home for a welfare check of a despondent individual. Once in the residence, that person was found dead with a single gunshot wound.
At this time police are not releasing the person’s name, gender, or other various details while they investigate.
