Savannah Police arrest 13-year-old suspect in Eastside shooting

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Savannah Police have arrested a person they say is a suspect in a Saturday shooting on Savannah’s eastside.

Police found a man with a gunshot wound at the intersection of Live Oak and East 32nd Street around 11 a.m. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

A press release from Savannah Police says that officers quickly identified a 13-year-old as the suspect. He was arrested quickly, and without incident.
