SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The Georgia Emergency Management Agency states Governor Brian Kemp has declared a state of emergency for 120 counties due to flooding.

The executive order goes into effect on Thursday.

The order will help with resource assistance in the affected areas.
