Man drowns off coast of Tybee Island

TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WTOC) - One man drowned off the coast of Tybee Island Saturday.
This according to Tybee Island City Manager Shawn Gillen.
Gillen said the incident happened on the sand bar outside of Tybee’s jurisdiction.
The victim was deceased when transported to Alley 3.
