SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - WTOC is excited to share that our very own Dawn Baker appeared in this year’s CNN Heroes special.

As you know, Dawn was the first person to participate in Phase 3 of the COVID-19 vaccine trial in the U.S.

The CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute aired on Sunday, Dec. 13 on CNN.
