SWAINSBORO, Ga. (WTOC) - If your home could still use a little help getting into the holiday spirit, don’t worry. Jim Roberts, owner and operator of Southern Traditions Floral & Gifts, walked us step by step through how to create an affordable but elegant Christmas garland at home.
