I-16 traffic stalled by cow on the roadway

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - There were traffic delays on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 16 on Tuesday. But it wasn’t road work or a crash that slowed things down.
A cow was found near the I-516 interchange. It took some time before law enforcement was able to corral the lost cow.
No word yet on how the animal found its way to the highway.
