SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Sometimes, simply reheating leftovers is all you need. Other times, you want to try something a little different.

That’s exactly what WTOC’s Tim Guidera did the day after making shrimp and grits, taking his leftovers to create a dish that was just as good as the first time around.
