Event planner discusses Savannah’s first flower bomb

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The flower bomb phenomenon has come to Savannah.
The growing trend of people decorating public spaces with loads and loads of flowers started in New York City, and this weekend Janae Carter brought it to the Historic District.
