Dietician discusses keeping those New Year’s resolutions

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Eating healthier and living healthier are the most common New Year’s resolutions every year, and often the hardest to keep. So, we’re going to get a little help sticking to it this year.

Rebekah Laurance is a dietician with South Coast Health and has advice on keeping those resolutions in 2022.
